The problem with technology cause and conflict as nations go hunting. In a world that can be frozen, a cold war, a hot one ,etc all the ways people try to rational destruction. The idea is in a perfect world where children are safe and secure and food is on the table and bills are paid. When the body evacs quickly, violently and people or elements just laugh or say I've seen it before.
