Lee Wetherington Homes welcomes two new hires

In Dolan's new role as purchasing manager, he will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the purchasing department. He will work closely with the construction, sales, design center, CAD and warranty teams to provide the resources, information and support needed to deliver an exceptional homebuilding experience.

Dolan has an extensive background in residential construction and has held leadership roles in warranty, construction management, project management, and quality and compliance. He is a licensed home inspector and certified mold assessor.

Rusk joins Lee Wetherington Homes as a purchasing agent. In her new role, she will coordinate vendor bids, material pricing and purchase orders to help ensure each home meets the company's standards for quality and craftsmanship.
