Krucial Staffing Is Now Krucial Rapid Response - A Nonprofit

The Company will Continue Its Mission with a Charitable Purpose
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - EntSun -- Krucial Staffing announced today it will now be known as Krucial Rapid Response, Inc. It is, however, much more than a name change. The privately held rapid response and healthcare staffing firm, launched in 2019, announced it is transforming from a for-profit corporation to a Kansas nonprofit corporation. Krucial Rapid Response's primary purpose is to provide critical support in the form of personnel and other assistance to under-resourced communities facing emergency situations. Krucial Rapid Response's support will provide relief to the distressed and underserved by increasing access to health care support and other essential services. The organization will focus on communities in emergency situations, rural areas, communities experiencing high degrees of poverty, and those that are historically underprivileged.

As part of its charitable mission, Krucial Rapid Response will launch program services to promote and serve the overall nursing profession. Services will include education, support, and scholarship programs as well as conducting speaking engagements with relevant organizations.
"Krucial Rapid Response will continue our mission to serve and support the frontline heroes that care for communities in need during challenging times and emergency situations," said Bradley Berger, a founding partner of Krucial Staffing. "The organization is well positioned to rapidly prepare, mobilize and deploy medical personnel and additional resources when called upon," Berger said. "They will assist government agencies and other organizations in response and recovery efforts that close gaps in essential health and human services while helping to solve the critical shortages of healthcare personnel nationwide. The Krucial team, coupled with the systems and processes they have developed, offers expertise that will continue to work for the greater good," Berger said.

"There continues to be a real need for high-quality healthcare professionals," said Alex Render, Vice President of Emergency Operations. "Krucial Staffing was one of the first agencies to answer the call in the fight against COVID-19," Render said.
"We demonstrated time and again our ability to effectively and efficiently provide medical and non- medical personnel to the hardest hit areas at the peak of COVID," said Mickee Garcia, Vice President of Recruitment. "We always had the patient in mind then and that same mission will continue to be our focus through Krucial Rapid Response," Garcia said.
"We all know there are serious shortages of medical and other critical personnel nationwide, especially when it comes to nurses," said Courtney Conrad, Krucial Rapid Response board member. "These shortages hit some areas especially hard. We want Krucial Rapid Response to serve as a healthcare lifeline for urban areas that are impoverished and historically underprivileged and rural areas that are tremendously underserved," said Conrad.
