Jens Kuross Trio - Argyros Performing Arts Center

KETCHUM, Idaho - EntSun -- Give Hope for Life is hosting the Jens Kuross Trio in celebration and support of the Mapalo Care Center for Children.  This evening of world class jazz will be one night only at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at the Argyros Performing Arts Center.  The Argyros Performing Arts Center (120 Main St. South, Ketchum, Idaho) will be transformed into a modern jazz club with cocktail tables, full bar, margarita fountain, and taco bar.

Jens Kuross is an international professional with local ties (graduate of WR High), donating his time and immense skills for the entertainment and enjoyment of our community.  Jens brings with him Matt Politano and Matt Cory, cream of LA jazz talent, and they're sure to groove in a unique and memorable style.

All proceeds will serve as a benefit for the orphans of the Mapalo Care Center in Ndola, Zambia, a mission spearheaded by local son Pete DeBaun and long supported by the Wood River Valley through events such as Fishing for Life, outfitters such as Silver Creek Outfitters and Lost River Outfitters, the local fishing guide community, organizations like the Presbyterian Church of the Big Wood and their members, and many families and individuals.  A silent auction will be held before, during, and after the performance and all proceeds from admission (tickets are $20 each which includes music, drink and food) and the silent auction will go towards the support of these children.
