Darren Dailey, president and artistic director of the Jacksonville Children's Chorus, reflected on the annual performance:
"With each year's 'Lift Ev'ry Voice and Sing' concert, we are reminded of our objective to deliver a performance that is rooted in remembrance, yet looks forward with intention. As we come together to honor the change brought about by the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and many other activists, we also aim to use hope and harmony to encourage reflection and progress on the challenges our country still faces today."
Tickets are available for $20 in advance for general admission (online only), $35 for reserved seating and $25 for general admission at the door. All proceeds support the Jacksonville Children's Chorus' ongoing programming and scholarship funds.
Tickets may be purchased online at jaxchildrenschorus.org/calendarofevents (https://www.jaxchildrenschorus.org/calendarofevents) or by phone at 904-353-1636, ext. 2.
