ICTPBX Released: White-Label, Multi-Tenant Open Source PBX Platform for ITSPs

MULTAN, Pakistan - EntSun -- ICT Vision today announced the general availability of ICTPBX, a white-label, multi-tenant PBX software platform aimed squarely at internet telephony service providers (ITSPs), managed service providers (MSPs), and value-added resellers. The platform joins the ICT Vision portfolio alongside ICTBroadcast, ICTContact, ICTDialer, ICTFax, and ICTCRM, sharing the same ICTCore control-plane foundation.

ICTPBX is engineered to solve a specific service-provider problem: the gap between reselling a SaaS PBX (where the platform owner takes the margin and the brand) and self-building on raw FreeSWITCH (where the engineering cost of multi-tenant isolation, billing, and provisioning eats years of effort). ICTPBX delivers the multi-tenant control plane already built, with the source code open and inspectable, and pricing that does not scale per seat.

• Multi-tenant architecture with isolated extension number spaces, queues, IVRs, DIDs, voicemail, and call recordings per tenant
• Voice over SIP with internal extensions, external trunks, and standard codecs (G.711, G.722, Opus)
• Fax over T.38 / FoIP, properly negotiated rather than passed as G.711 audio
• IVR menus, time conditions, ring groups, call queues, conferences, follow-me, music-on-hold, call block lists
• Per-tenant call recording with searchable metadata; full CDRs and usage reports
• White-label branding (logo, brand color, sub-domain or custom domain, email templates per tenant)
• Carrier-agnostic SIP gateway configuration
