Hoping They 'Stay' In Summer Hill's New Release

PHOENIX - EntSun -- 'Stay' tells the tale of a man who gets a second shot at life from someone he least expected.

After losing his job, a recovering addict, in Tokyo, struggles to survive and meets a free-spirited woman who changes his world but cannot stay in his life.

'Stay' is written and directed by Darryl Wharton-Rigby, known for his seminal debut feature film 'Detention.' Wharton-Rigby is the second African-American to make a feature film in Japan.

The film stars Shogen, known for 'Okinawan Blue,' 'Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist,' 'Death Note,' and 'Bloody Snake Under the Sun.' Making her film debut is Ana Tanaka, known for 'Infamous Six'; Shima Ohnishi, known for 'The Chrysanthemum and the Guillotine' and 'Blade of the Immortal'; Natsuhi Ueno, known for 'Intern!,' 'Space Battleship Yamato,' and 'The Intermission.'
