"Growth doesn't just happen in the glow-up," Megan says. "It starts in the grit."

As a certified wellness coach since 2020, Megan has guided women through transformative journeys. But she noticed something missing in the narrative: honesty. "There's this unspoken rule that growth only counts if it's pretty," she says. The Girl on the Left reclaims the unseen work—the resilience, the setbacks, the survival.

Megan's passion for authenticity spills into every aspect of her work, including her quirky, heart-led brand, Brandosaurus Meg, where she helps entrepreneurs develop bold personal brands that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.

"You can have the most beautiful brand in the world," Megan says, "but if you're afraid to show up in it, it falls flat."
