Ti Crane's musical journey began in 1969 with the band Jouvince, where his talent as a percussionist first drew attention. He later joined the pioneering mini-jazz band Shleu Shleu, known for blending Haitian rhythms with modern sounds. In the mid-1970s, he co-founded the internationally acclaimed group Skah Shah, where his rhythmic brilliance became central to the band's success and helped push Konpa to new global heights.
Over the years, Ti Crane has continued to evolve artistically, collaborating with groups like Crystal and I-Konya, and releasing his solo album Coq La Chante in 1988.
