Green Party of Florida to Host 2020 Presidential Candidates at Annual Membership Meeting

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. - May 14, 2019 - EntSun -- The Green Party of Florida will be having their Annual Membership Meeting, hosted by their Volusia County affiliate, in New Smyrna Beach on May 31st–June 2nd. Highlights include a forum of their 2020 Presidential candidates, in-depth discussions of the Green New Deal, election integrity, reparations, and much more.

Friday and Saturday nights are open to the public. Friday night features a Former Candidate Panel discussing the ins and outs of running for office, from 7–9 PM. Saturday night can be attended without registering for the entire event, for a nominal $5 entry-fee. It will feature a 2020 Green Party Presidential Candidate Forum from 7–9:30 PM. Updates on confirmed presidential candidates will be posted on their website and facebook event page.

The weekend conference registration is a suggested donation of $25 ($20 for early registration before May 25th). For those coming from across the state, their registration form includes sections for affordable accommodations as well as a ride-share sign-up.
