When a visitor to the store decides to purchase an item using Bitcoin, they are able to do so at a USD to Bitcoin exchange rate locked in for 1 hour. The store's crypto wallet administrator then chooses to sell Bitcoin for fiat dollars at an exchange rate of equal or higher value dependent on market fluctuations.
