Florida: Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Four to the Children's Trust of Alachua County

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - In a recent announcement, Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed two new members and reappointed two current members to the Children's Trust of Alachua County.
Robert Page, Senior Vice President of SouthState Bank, has been appointed to the board. Page is an active member of his community and brings a wealth of experience to the position. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and previously served on the Independent Community Bankers of America Board of Directors. Page holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Florida.
Joining Page on the board is Lisa Denning Tate, DNP, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for Malcolm Randall Veterans Hospital. Denning Tate is also actively involved in her community and is a member of both the American and Florida Associations of Nurse Anesthetists. She holds multiple degrees from various universities including a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, master's degrees in health sciences administration and business administration, as well as a doctorate in anesthesiology.

The reappointed members include Dr. Nancy Hardt, who recently retired from her position as Professor at the University of Florida's College of Medicine. Dr. Hardt has been an active member in her community and has served on the Rotary Club of Gainesville Board of Directors. She received her bachelor's degree from Sweet Briar College and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Loyola University.
Also reappointed to the board is Charles "Lee" Pinkoson, who brings years of experience to his role as he previously served as an Alachua County Commissioner and was a member of the Florida Association of Counties Board of Directors. Pinkoson holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
The Children's Trust of Alachua County plays an important role in advocating for children and families in need within their community. With these new and reappointed members, the board will continue to work towards their mission of providing support and resources for the well-being of children in Alachua County.
