Final Day of ZestFest 2026 Celebrates Fan Favorites, Award-Winning Flavors and a Jalapeño Ea

FORT WORTH, Texas - EntSun -- After two sizzling days packed with flavor, fun, and fiery excitement, the final day of ZestFest 2026 is here—and spicy food fans have one more chance to experience the nation's ultimate spicy food and BBQ festival at the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall in the Will Rogers Memorial Center.

Doors open at 10:00 AM Sunday, kicking off a full day of tasting, shopping, and family-friendly entertainment. One of the highlights of the day will be the announcement of the People's Preference Award Winners at 10:00 AM.

Throughout the first two days of ZestFest, attendees have participated in blind taste tests of products from exhibitors across the show floor, voting for their favorite sauces, seasonings, snacks, salsas, BBQ products, and spicy creations. The winning products—selected by the people who matter most, the fans—will be announced Sunday morning and available for purchase throughout the day.

Visitors will also find many of the celebrated winners from the 30th Anniversary Fiery Food Challenge, whose awards were presented Friday evening following one of the largest and most competitive product evaluations in the event's history.

"Sunday is the perfect day for food lovers to discover the very best products from across the country," said ZestFest Founder Greg Bagarozy. "The People's Preference Awards give attendees a voice in selecting the products they love most, while the Fiery Food Challenge winners represent some of the finest spicy foods being made anywhere."

The fun heats up again at 3:00 PM with the annual Jalapeño Eating Contest, hosted by spicy food legends Buddy Taylor and John 'CaJohn' Hard. Contestants will battle to see who can conquer the most jalapeños and claim bragging rights as one of ZestFest's fiercest pepper-eating champions.
