FEI Acquires Insurance Options of Florida | Sarasota

TAMPA, Fla. - EntSun -- TAMPA BAY / SARASOTA, FL, Florida Educators Insurance (FEI), an independent insurance agency, announced the acquisition of Insurance Options of Florida, a Sarasota based insurance agency previously owned and operated by Tad Cromley. The transition, effective mid-July 2026, marks a significant expansion of FEI's presence in Southwest Florida and highlights the agency's continued commitment to serving Florida families and professionals with personalized, independent insurance guidance.

Tad Cromley, who has built strong relationships with the Sarasota community throughout his tenure at Insurance Options of Florida, will remain actively involved during the transition to ensure continuity of service for all existing clients.
