Fashion Week Columbus Announces Christian Cowan as Headliner for 10th Annual Finale Runway Show

COLUMBUS, Ohio - EntSun -- Last night at the Launch Party for Fashion Week Columbus (FWC), Christian Cowan was announced as the headliner for the 10th Annual Finale Runway Show, which takes place on Saturday, October 19, 2019. Cowan will show select pieces from the collection he showed at New York Fashion Week earlier this month. Cowan's designs are known for their youthful take on how the modern day women can dress. His collection will conclude FWC.

"I am so excited to be showing at FWC," said Cowan. "The organization gives back so much to the community and supports the efforts of emerging design talent, and I am looking forward to working with them to support their mission."

Cowan graduated from Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion in 2016
and garnered a strong celebrity following before having even left school. Lady Gaga was the first to support him, stepping out in a full pink glitter suit in 2014, and he dressed Cardi B on the cover of her debut album 'Invasion of Privacy'. He has also outfitted the world's biggest stars such as Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Kacey Musgraves, and Naomi Campbell.  Singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor recently said that his designs, "helped me love my body more."
