Evergood Elixirs Launches Newest Citrus Wine And Reaches Major Milestone

PALMER LAKE, Colo. - March 9, 2019 - EntSun -- Wine made from lemons and limes, not grapes? Evergood Elixirs, maker of delicious citrus wines, is pleased to announce the release of their newest product, Switch Stance. A lemon-lime wine fermented to 10% ABV, it is unique and refreshing.

"We are thrilled to get our newest wine, Switch Stance, out to liquor stores and bars. Our tasters tell us it's our best wine yet," says vintner and founder, Matthew Hexter. Switch Stance joins two other wines in the winery's portfolio: Skier Pee, its signature lemon wine, and Snow Bunny, a strawberry-flavored lemon wine. Snow Bunny was awarded a silver medal in the 2018 Colorado Wine Governor's Cup non-grape category.

All of Evergood Elixirs' wines are made from lemons, not grapes. Fermented in a manner like traditional wines, the result is a wine that's gluten-free, vegan and low in sugar compared to most wines. Based in Palmer Lake, Colorado, the family-owned winery embraces its mountain roots with its snarky product names and outdoor vibe.

"Lemon wines are unique. We want our product names to be adventurous, too. We take it as a compliment when buyers tell us we have created our own niche in the adult beverage market," explains Hexter. "Many people describe our wines as 'the adult lemonades with the fun names,' which is fine with us. They are great over ice or as a mixer. Many tasters tell us Switch Stance is like a margarita in a bottle."

Launched less than nine months ago, Skier Pee, Snow Bunny, and Switch Stance are already sold in 100 retail locations across Colorado. Evergood Elixirs regularly updates their website and social media to announce new retail locations. Their tasting team offers tastings every week and has filled its 2019 summer calendar with outdoor events and wine festivals. "Since our wines are new and most people can't imagine what a lemon wine tastes like, we call it liquor to lips," quips Hexter.
