Enova Estates Becomes First Real Estate Company in Spain to Launch AI-Powered Property Search for Clients

Manilva, Malaga-based real estate agency introduces conversational AI to help international buyers find Costa del Sol properties
MANILVA, Spain - EntSun -- Enova Estates, an established real estate agency based in Manilva on Spain's Costa del Sol, has launched a new website featuring an innovative AI-powered property search. With this development, Enova Estates is now the first real estate company in Spain to offer AI-powered natural-language property search directly to its clients.
The new search functionality allows buyers to find properties by describing what they want in everyday language rather than relying solely on traditional filters such as location, price, and number of bedrooms. For example, a buyer could search for "a modern two-bedroom apartment near the beach in Estepona with sea views and a large terrace," and the AI technology interprets those requirements to identify relevant properties.

According to Björn Ingbrant, Marketing Manager and co-founder of Enova Estates, the objective is to make online property searches feel more like speaking directly with an experienced estate agent.
"Property portals have worked in essentially the same way for many years. Buyers select filters and then work their way through hundreds of results," said Ingbrant. "With AI, buyers can simply describe what they are looking for. The technology helps connect them with properties that actually match those requirements. Being the first in Spain to offer this to our clients is a proud milestone for Enova Estates. "
The AI-powered search is particularly aimed at international buyers who may know the type of lifestyle and property they want but are less familiar with individual Costa del Sol locations. Enova Estates specialises in Manilva, La Duquesa, Casares, Estepona, and Sotogrande, with access to thousands of properties across the Costa del Sol.

"Someone searching from Sweden, Norway, Germany or the UK may not know every urbanisation or municipality," Ingbrant explained. "But they know their budget, whether they want sea views, walking distance to the beach, a large terrace or a quiet location. AI can help translate those requirements into a much more relevant property search."
Despite its investment in artificial intelligence, the company sees technology as supporting rather than replacing the estate agent.
"AI can make the search faster and more intelligent, but buying property remains a very personal decision," said Ingbrant. "Our aim is to combine modern technology with local knowledge and the personal service international buyers need when purchasing a home in Spain. Enova Estates is leading the way in Spain with this innovation, but we will never lose the human touch. "
