Dr. Angela reveals that the most challenging barrier she had to face was the 'limiting institutional and individual mindsets of others.' People often have old-fashioned and outdated views regarding women even though they outnumber men in earning degrees of higher learning.  That's why it is part of her life's purpose to create a space where women are validated, supported, and encouraged to stay positive and focused despite the odds.
