Control Software Adapts to Different Cavities
DMNC's Windows-based software supports in-program editing, automatic program generation and an expert system backed by a machining-process database. Operators can select process modules according to workpiece material and cavity type. The ADI450-II product introduction also specifies a 19-inch industrial touch screen for machine operation.

The control system supports simultaneous multi-axis motion and orbit functions, including free orbit, quadrant orbit and spherical orbital machining.
