The Data Gatekeeper Workflow Wizard enables organizations to create approval workflows for practically any logged table—without developer customization. Administrators can configure field‑level, conditional events to run operations such as adding or removing restrictions, displaying messages or notifications, sending email, preventing field changes, setting field values, and taking snapshots.

The solution also provides a Data Gatekeeper FactBox and Data Trail, allowing users to easily review pending and committed changes in the context of the current Business Central record in a unified way.
