Cora Alpha Elysium City Update

COSTA MESA, Calif. - May 21, 2019 - EntSun -- CALIFORNIA, United States of America. – Cora Alpha, a US-based international Theme Park, Resort, and Tourism development company, has reached a binding agreement with Agostar Group PLC, a publicly traded company in the UK that specializes in large development and infrastructure projects.  This agreement was made on the 14^th of May 2019.  "Agostar Group PLC and its team of financial advisors, Elite Capital UK and Xafin SA Switzerland, are very honored and thankful to [Cora Alpha Chief Executive Officer] Francisco de Borbon Graf von Hardenberg for allowing them to participate in this important development" says Jose Agostino, Chief Executive Officer of the company.  John Cora, the Executive Chairman of Cora Alpha, and President Vara, made a formal announcement of the Elysium City project in Madrid, Spain, on December 3^rd.   John Cora, Francisco de Borbon Graf von Hardenberg, and Jose L. Agostino, are extremely pleased with the financial arrangement and long-term prospects of this relationship.

The multibillion-euro project is situated in Castilblanco, a municipality located in the province of Badajoz, Extremadura, Spain, 120 kilometers Southwest of Madrid.  This venture includes the creation of a major theme park, an adventure water park, a 5-star iconic casino hotel, and several 3- and 4-star casino hotels.  The development will also host mixed-use retail, dining, and entertainment venues, a conference center, a golf course, a premier sports arena, marina, and alternative attractions critical to creating a world-class destination resort.

Over the past quarter, Cora Alpha chose to focus on refining the feasibility plans, financial projections and funding, and especially the environmental components of the Castilblanco region.  The emphasis on the environmental planning and sustainability impact will ensure that Elysium City preserves the beauty and heritage of the region.  Francisco de Borbon Graf von Hardenberg states "My vision for Elysium City was to create the future blueprint for the first sustainable 'Smart City' from the ground up in Europe.  We found a beautiful location and we put together a creative project that would enhance the region through profound positive economic impact and massive job creation while maintaining the eco-integrity of the site."  The Cora Alpha executive team continues to work closely with President Vara, members of his administration, and the mayor of Castilblanco, in order to continue the great progress of Elysium City.

Cora Alpha is on schedule and plans on breaking ground later in 2019.  John Cora states "We continue to be extremely enthusiastic about the development of Elysium City."  Elysium City will be a tremendous boost to the local, regional, and national economy, assuring the creation of 15,000 new jobs within the first 5 years.
