In celebration of Independence Day on Saturday, July 4, North Cheyenne Cañon Park will be open to vehicle traffic until 2 p.m. or until it reaches capacity. However, Gold Camp Road will remain closed for the entire day to manage visitor safety and traffic. Visitors are advised to arrive early and expect heavy traffic. They are also reminded to follow all posted signs and directions from park staff.

The reopening of North Cheyenne Cañon Park is a welcome news for residents and visitors alike. It provides an opportunity for people to enjoy the natural beauty of the park while adhering to safety measures put in place by park staff.
