Colliers completes sale of land along Goodson Loop off FM 1774 in Pinehurst, Texas

HOUSTON - EntSun -- Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of acreage located along Goodson Loop off FM 1774 in Pinehurst, Texas. The land was sold in two separate transactions, with Tom Condon Jr. and Bill Byrd of Colliers representing the seller in both deals and the buyer self-represented. Closing was coordinated by Jane Mathews and her team with Stewart Title – Tomball.

The first portion of the property, consisting of ±42.79 acres, and the second portion, consisting of ±25.01 acres, together comprised the assemblage along this key stretch of Goodson Loop. Both sites offer excellent frontage and convenient access to major regional transportation routes.
