ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - EntSun -- Central Park St. Pete Food Hall Launches Lunch Service in Downtown St. Petersburg
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 24, 2026 Central Park St. Pete, the multi-level food hall and hospitality destination at 551 Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg, is expanding into daytime dining with the launch of lunch service beginning Wednesday, June 24 at 11 a.m.
Three concepts will anchor the midday lineup: Palm Avenue Deli, Strawberry Fields, and Constellation Burger. Together, they bring a range of lunch options to downtown St. Pete.
Palm Avenue Deli, originally established in downtown Sarasota, brings a fast-casual version of its modern deli concept to Central Park St. Pete. The St. Pete location features a streamlined menu of deli classics built for quick service and downtown lunch traffic, distinct from the full-service breakfast and lunch experience at the Sarasota original.

Strawberry Fields is Central Park's health-forward cafe concept, offering avocado toast, nova lox avocado toast, grilled chicken wraps, field greens, kale salads, smoothies and coffee. The menu is designed for guests looking for a lighter, fresh midday option whether dining in or taking lunch back to the office.
Constellation Burger brings its signature burgers on housemade buns to the lunch hour, adding a casual comfort food anchor to the midday lineup.
The lunch launch marks the next phase of Central Park St. Pete's growth from an evening destination into an all-day food hall. Located at the center of Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg, the venue brings multiple food and beverage concepts under one roof, offering a dining experience flexible enough for solo office lunches, group meetups, and everything in between.
