The Copeland Davis Trio

Celebrated as one of America's leading symphonic jazz piano innovators,  Copeland Davis discovered his love of piano at the age of seven before launching a journey that blended gospel roots, classical training, and jazz innovation into his signature style. He is known for dazzling technique and expressive versatility — shifting effortlessly from powerful, fast-paced runs to soft, orchestral-style phrasing. Davis has appeared on The Tonight Show, Good Morning America, and PBS; was inducted into both the Las Vegas Entertainers Hall of Fame and the International Who's Who in Music; and has shared stages with Ramsey Lewis, Herbie Mann, Aretha Franklin, and more. Along with Val Shaffer on bass and Bill Alexander on drums, the Copeland Davis Trio performs every Friday and Saturday night at Café Centro.

Rob Russell & Kim Forman

The dazzling entertainer known as "Mr. Palm Beach" hosts the very popular Rob Russell's Open Mic on Tuesday evenings in Café Centro's Piano Bar, at which some members of the audience—including some of his multi-talented friends and cabaret headliners—perform favorite and familiar tunes from the worlds of Broadway, Hollywood, jazz, and the Great American Songbook, accompanied on the piano by Kim Forman, who studied with jazz legend Marian McPartland. From his years as the polished front man at the distinguished Governor's Club at Phillips Point to his nearly two decades as producer and emcee of the world famous Royal Room Cabaret at The Colony Hotel, Palm Beach, to his recent years as a singer, recording artist (his popular CD Hello Again), and Dick Robinson's fill-in tune-spinner on Legends Radio 100.3 FM, Rob Russell has amassed numerous fans with his audience-wowing musical talents and flashy show biz anecdotes.
