Professional Full-Scale Youth Production at Mahaffey Theater
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - EntSun -- The Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts is proud to present Legally Blonde Jr., a fully staged, professional-quality musical production showcasing exceptional youth talent from across the region. Performances will take place on July 25 and 26 on the historic Mahaffey Theater stage in downtown St. Petersburg.
"I'm continually impressed by the hard work these kids put in to earn their place on this stage," said Bill Edwards, Founder & President of the Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts. "Many of them dedicate themselves to their craft throughout the year to be ready for this opportunity. This production features talented local youth delivering professional-caliber performances with skills and stagecraft on par with national-level productions."

This is no ordinary summer camp recital. Made possible through the funding and support of the Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts, this ambitious production features a Broadway-style experience complete with sets, costumes, choreography, and live musical performances—all for just $20 per ticket.
Audiences will enjoy the fun, high-energy story of Legally Blonde Jr., perfect for the whole family. The show features local students who have trained alongside national-caliber guest artists and educators during an intensive summer program designed to deliver real-world, professional stage experience.
"The Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts is committed to investing in young talent and making the arts accessible for our community," said Katrina Young, Education and Outreach Coordinator, Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts.
