Bavarian Inn Restaurant will host their "Sip into Spring Wine Dinner"

FRANKENMUTH, Mich. - EntSun -- Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Restaurant (https://www.bavarianinn.com/) will host their Sip into Spring Wine Dinner on May 9, 2025. This event, designed to celebrate the season's freshest flavors, will feature four elegant courses expertly paired with wines from renowned vineyards that perfectly enhance each course, offering a refined and memorable culinary experience.

Every dish has been thoughtfully paired with an elegant wine, beginning with the first course, a Chicken and Strawberry Salad, accompanied by San Silvestro Moscato d'Asti, a fruit-forward, vibrant wine.

The second course of the evening will be Smoked Shrimp with Meyer Lemon Herb Butter and a glass of Pacha Chardonnay, a wine fermented in French oak barrels with grapes grown just 10km away from the Pacific Ocean.

Following the second course, Bavarian Inn chefs will present the Sorbet Course, a Rose and Raspberry Sorbet. Transitioning from sweet to savory, the Main Course of the night is a Herb-Crusted Lamb Medallions Encrusted with Rosemary & Thyme, served with a Spring Pea Puree, Sautéed Morel with Mushrooms, Mint Couscous & a Balsamic Glaze. Versant Pinot Noir, a dry medium-bodied red wine with tasting notes of strawberry and cherry, will accompany the main course.
