Her thoughts on leadership were, "Leadership is not about titles or money. Leadership is about the trust that others have in you to do the right thing and take them down the right path. Even when the path you take falls flat, a leader shakes it off, apologizes and regroups using the feedback and support of the people they lead, moving down a new path toward the goal."
