Arizona Guitars and Gear LLC Announces Collaboration with Dust Storm Engraving Inc

GILBERT, Ariz. - EntSun -- Arizona Guitars and Gear LLC has announced a new collaboration with Dust Storm Engraving Inc. and Arizona luthier Harold "Hal" Archambeau of One & Only Custom Guitars.
The collaboration brings together Archambeau's guitar-building experience, Dust Storm Engraving artist Jarrett DeMartino's original laser-engraved artwork, and Arizona Guitars and Gear LLC's sales and marketing services.
Initial products will include engraved pickguards and limited-edition HSH-routed Stratocaster-style guitar bodies featuring DeMartino's original floral scrollwork. Each design is carefully adapted to complement the contours and routing of the guitar body.
Dust Storm Engraving will produce and serialize only 50 bodies of each limited-edition design. Natural material characteristics and details in the engraving process will give every body unique, one-off qualities.
The Dust Storm Engraving logo and individual serial number will be concealed beneath the pickguard. This preserves the uninterrupted appearance of the artwork while permanently identifying each body as part of the numbered series. The completed bodies can be used to build distinctive custom instruments or displayed as collectible works of functional art.

DeMartino begins each design with his own sketchbook drawings before developing the artwork digitally and adapting it to the object being engraved. His designs do not rely on artificial intelligence, stock images or cut-and-paste artwork.
Archambeau is a 1978 graduate of the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery in Phoenix. Through One & Only Custom Guitars, he creates one-of-a-kind acoustic and electric guitars informed by decades of woodworking experience. Future collaborative instruments will pair Hal's guitar-building expertise with Dust Storm Engraving's original artwork.
Arizona Guitars and Gear LLC will offer select engraved bodies, pickguards and future completed instruments through its website. Additional designs and availability information will be announced as products are released.
