ANOKA, Minn. - EntSun -- Ahadu Asres Legesse, a senior project manager based in Anoka, Minnesota, today announced The Steady Progress Podcast, a new series of practical conversations about work, leadership and career growth. The podcast is planned to launch in January 2027, with two episodes per month of about 20 to 30 minutes each.

The Steady Progress Podcast is aimed at project managers, business professionals, recent graduates and anyone interested in career development. Episodes will cover the everyday challenges people face at work, including managing deadlines, dealing with change, improving team communication and building a career in project management.

Legesse brings more than 28 years of experience in business operations and project management across the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. He began his career in 1998 at Target Corporation in Minneapolis, held project coordinator and project manager roles at U.S. Bank, and managed operational excellence projects at Medtronic in Fridley. Since 2020, he has served as a Senior Project Manager in Business Operations at UnitedHealth Group in Minnetonka, where he coordinates cross-functional teams, supports the rollout of new business systems and mentors junior project coordinators.

The podcast grows out of his interest in mentoring people who are new to project management or moving into it from other roles. Many professionals enter the field without a clear picture of the day-to-day work, and the series is designed to explain it in plain terms, from organizing a first project to leading teams and handling difficult decisions.

Legesse graduated from Anoka High School, earned an Associate of Arts degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College in Coon Rapids, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul. He lives in Anoka, where he enjoys golf at Green Haven Golf Course, recreational tennis and time along the Rum River.
