ST. LOUIS, May 9, 2025 ~ The board of directors of Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) has announced a quarterly cash dividend of 71 cents per share on its common stock. This dividend will be paid on June 30, 2025, to all shareholders of record as of June 10, 2025.
In addition, the board of directors of Union Electric Company, also known as Ameren Missouri, has declared regular quarterly cash dividends on all classes of its preferred stock. These dividends will be paid on August 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of July 17, 2025.

Similarly, the board of directors of Ameren Illinois Company, doing business as Ameren Illinois, has declared regular quarterly cash dividends on all classes of its preferred stock. These dividends will be paid on August 1, 2025, to shareholders of record as of July 11, 2025.
