Acclivity Financial Names Russell Grigg Senior Vice President

ORLANDO, Fla. - EntSun -- Acclivity Financial, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank and one of the nation's leading SBA lenders, today announced that Russell Grigg has joined the company as Senior Vice President. In this role, Grigg will originate SBA 7(a) and USDA Business & Industry (B&I) loans for small businesses across the United States.
Grigg brings more than 20 years of commercial lending experience spanning SBA, USDA, conventional, and structured real estate finance. He began his career in Metro Atlanta community banking, originating SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and owner-occupied commercial real estate loans before joining Ready Capital, where he originated more than $415 million in investment real estate financing nationwide.
Throughout his career, Grigg has arranged financing for more than 125 projects totaling over $1 billion across SBA, USDA, conventional, and non-recourse loan structures. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of StarMack Capital LLC, a self-storage development and investment firm, providing rare firsthand experience from both the lending and business ownership perspectives.
