83bar implements new quality and information security systems to gain ISO certifications

AUSTIN, Texas - EntSun -- 83bar, LLC, a leader in patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials, medical device manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies, announced today that it has fully implemented both a new quality management system (QMS) and an information security management system (ISMS). These systems will bring 83bar in compliance with ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications.

Implementing these management systems has involved every aspect of the organization's performance. The company created a comprehensive  Quality Manual that incorporates more than 125 standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, templates, forms, and logs in operation to illustrate strict adherence to compliance standards

The new ISMS security policy includes physical and environmental safety, operations security, access control, communications security, and incident management, to name a few. The company is currently training and operationalizing the approved procedures to demonstrate evidence of compliance.
