Following the restaurant's high-quality theme, Executive Chef Stephen Claussell incorporates only farm-fresh ingredients which are prepared using both French and Italian techniques with a creative twist on American cuisine, and all food is personally inspected to ensure further quality and freshness.

The 7T8 menu includes appetizers, salads, soups, dinner entrees, a late night menu, desserts and more, with elegant food items like Risotto Croquettes, Nicoise salad, Filet Mignon, Truffle Mac & Cheese, Apple Tarts and more.

Chef Stephen Claussell has over 20 years of fine dining culinary experience. His passion for food stems from his Italian mother's love of food along with his appreciation for and curiosity about food. In 2006, the New York native entered the Culinary Institute of America. After graduation, the budding chef began his career as the Chef De Cuisine at the renowned Mark Hotel in New York City, a five-star hotel and restaurant. He later went on and played a role in the opening of Walker's Grille in Alexandria, Virginia, another honorable, fine dining establishment. Soon after, he served as the executive chef at the University Club in Washington, D.C., where he served some of the most notable people.

In 2015, Chef Claussell reunited with his childhood best friend and successful New York businessman Anthony Santiago to realize his vision of reconstructing the 7T8 Restaurant. Designed by Raymond Haldeman, the notable restaurateur, 7T8 proudly embodies Stephen's mother's passion for cooking along with his unique flair for food, which can be observed in each dish the executive chef serves. 7T8 is located in the center of Northport at 78 Main Street, Northport, New York.
