Warner Bros. Discovery Is becoming a threat to the LazyTown Fans

LazyTown was created by Magnus Scheving on August 16th, 2004, who motivates kids to eat healthy and do sports as a game. LazyTown ended its Nickelodeon series with 52 episodes in October 2007 as Nickelodeon lost its rights to LazyTown.
When Turner Broadcasting System Europe Ltd. Bought LazyTown for 25 million USD and acquired 26 episodes, they resurrected the series when they showed LazyTown on Cartoon Network's Preschool Block (Cartoonito). Somehow, United States only showed Turner's 26 episodes on PBS Kids Sprout (Now Universal Kids) which they showed on their network Since September 5, 2011, to September 21, 2016, which explains some fans argue that PBS Kids owns LazyTown when it only has broadcasting rights. The only reason to explain that is "The Super Sproutlet Show" a spinoff of LazyTown which PBS Kids Sprout owns. LazyTown stopped airing new episodes on October 13th, 2014.
Years Later, Stefan Karl Stefansson Died on August 21, 2018. The villain that became an internet meme sensation in 2016. This attracted so many LazyTown fans to the show. They Made a GoFundMe Page to help Stefan for his healing. Julianna Rose Mauriello and Chloe Lang recorded a tribute and helped with GoFundMe. When he died, they almost gave up on LazyTown. and truly did Turner Broadcasting System Europe.

A New Era also rises with the LazyTown Fans on Facebook (The protesters who wants LazyTown brought back) and the LazyTown Community Discord (Who tends to Let people's hopes down on LazyTown). Turner Broadcasting System Europe grew stronger when they became Warner Bros Discovery EMEA in 2022. A fan, Zaki Paul and Sporta Fanderson (From the LazyTown Fans on Facebook) Met with Magnus Scheving on November 9th, 2022, saying he is willing to bring LazyTown Back and told Magnus about Zaki's fanfiction and an OC Character of one Of Zaki's, "Valerie Meanswell" who is a sister of Stephanie. After going through others that worked for him and telling them they couldn't, Magnus is always happy to help.
When Zaki uploaded "The LazyTown Movie" For purchase on Amazon Prime Video for $20 dollars, Warner Bros Discovery deemed it a banned movie. Also, The LazyTown Community Discord were outraged at Zaki who threatened him and acted as a cult and spied on him. On the other hand, The LazyTown Fans Facebook is impressed with his talent and video making skills despite the fact he used the LazyTown IP to "revive" LazyTown. This is not the first time he tried to revive a series, He also put "4kids Entertainment's Tai Chi Chasers along with the cancelled 13 episodes with subtitles" for purchase on Amazon Prime Back In 2022. It restored the screenings of Tai Chi Chasers on Amazon. ZAKI's Season 3 of Tai Chi Chasers was also running on Dailymotion from October 2019 to July 2020. However, It all got taken down when Warner Bros Discovery EMEA got involved in The LazyTown Movie. Since then, Warner Bros Discovery reveals their true colors by committing "Fanfic Genocide" which means destroying all fanfictions of LazyTown including hurting a fan named "Bado Innos" Who used to do archives of previous runs of LazyTown. Also, Zaki stated that "The LazyTown Movie" uses the Universal Logo is because it used to run on PBS Kids Sprout (Now Universal Kids). Warner Bros also took down the Official screening of "The LazyTown Movie" on October 30th, 2023, giving ZAKI Studios a copyright strike.

Warner Bros Discovery Is a threat to LazyTown because they hurt fanfictions, they abuse fanbases, they take advantage of their own IP's and does not want anything to do with LazyTown. They don't deserve to Have LazyTown on HBO Max (Now "Max"), They More likely should have been on Paramount Plus, but since they have the rights, it was gifted HBO Max. It's Magnus's Decision to make whether to sue Warner Bros. Discovery and take back the LazyTown franchise for another company. Most Facebook LazyTown Fans wanted Disney to have the LazyTown Franchise since Stephanie is fit to be a minor Disney Princess. Warner Bros Discovery on the other hand made the same mistake with 4kids Entertainment disposing of Tai Chi Chasers Season 3. Instead, they Abandoned LazyTown without admitting it.
Disney should be the IPR holder for LazyTown rather than Warner Bros. Certain fans agree with Zaki the fact that LazyTown Should be a Disney Franchise instead of Warner Bros. Discovery. In that way, Mr. Scheving can accept Zaki's OC Character "Valerie Meanswell", "Stan Meanswell (Stephanie's Father)" etc. to be in the LazyTown Franchise.
Warner also threatens to grow stronger by merging with Paramount. This may be a Punishment for LazyTown Fans because they can destroy the LazyTown Franchise together. We all don't think Warner and Paramount should get along as they also fought each other over the "South Park" IP by suing each other. Hopefully it will be a different battle with Magnus Scheving Vs Warner Bros Discovery EMEA.
