Venbrook and Cognizant Partner to Modernize Claims Processing for Insurance Carriers

LOS ANGELES and TEANECK, N.J., Sept. 17, 2025 ~ Venbrook Group, LLC and Cognizant have joined forces in a new strategic partnership aimed at revolutionizing the property and casualty claims process. The two companies announced today a new insurance claims processing services agreement that will utilize advanced technology to create efficiencies and reduce costs for insurance carriers.
Venbrook, known as one of the fastest-growing P&C claims Third-Party Administrators (TPA) and private insurance brokerages in the U.S., will work alongside Cognizant, a leading provider of services and go-to-market partner. The partnership will include an innovative, agentic AI-powered TPA claims solution that has been co-developed by both companies. This solution will digitize key components of the claims process value chain for P&C insurance carriers. According to Allied Market Research, the TPA market is expected to reach approximately $795 billion by 2032.
Under this agreement, Cognizant will provide Venbrook with claims processing, policy administration, financial operations, and compliance processing services. They will work alongside Venbrook's nationwide network of licensed adjusters to deliver a comprehensive solution for insurance carriers.
