VanDyke Entertainment Releases "Every Child Needs A Teacher," A Tribute to Educators
EntSun News/11099956
ATLANTA - EntSun -- VanDyke Entertainment announces the release of "Every Child Needs A Teacher," a powerful, thought-provoking song that honors the teachers who dedicate their lives to educating children while delivering an equally important message to parents: education cannot be left solely to the classroom.
Written and released through VanDyke Entertainment, the song is especially personal to CEO Steven VanDyke, whose mother is a retired high school teacher. Her years in education inspired the song as a tribute not only to her, but to teachers everywhere who continue to show up, teach, encourage, challenge, and invest in the lives of their students.
At its heart, "Every Child Needs A Teacher" recognizes that teachers have an extraordinary responsibility—but they were never meant to carry that responsibility alone.
A Tribute to Teachers—and a Challenge to Parents
The song celebrates educators for the work they do, often under difficult circumstances, but it also asks parents to examine their own role in their children's education.

Teachers can teach a child, but parents must help educate a child.
The message is not about blaming parents or criticizing teachers. It is about partnership.
A child's education is strongest when teachers and parents understand that they are on the same team. Teachers see children in the classroom. Parents see them at home. Both perspectives matter. Both voices matter. And when those two worlds work together, children benefit.
VanDyke Entertainment believes the song speaks to an issue that extends beyond grades, report cards, testing, or graduation. It is about presence, accountability, communication, encouragement, and investment.
The Church Is Important—But Education Requires a Similar Response
The song also addresses the relationship between education and the church without diminishing the importance of faith or the role churches play in families and communities.
VanDyke's message is not "choose education instead of church."

"More Than Anything, I Want People to Hear It"
VanDyke says the importance of this song goes beyond a traditional music release.
"The importance of this song is more than anything. I want this message to reach anyone and everyone who needs to hear it. That's why I wanted to make it available to everyone—free of charge."
For that reason, "Every Child Needs A Teacher" is being released exclusively on SoundCloud and is available as a free download.
