Turnstone Creative's Ashley Russo Serves as Emcee for United Way's 2026 NERC and Women's Summit

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - EntSun -- Ashley Russo, chief community and culture officer (CCO) and co-founder of Turnstone Creative (https://www.turnstonecreativellc.com/), served as emcee for the first-time United Way Northeast Regional Conference (https://www.uwp.org/nerc2026/) (NERC), held June 1–3 at Wind Creek Bethlehem. The event brought together more than 400 United Way professionals and volunteers from 13 states, including Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia.

Following NERC, Russo also served as a panelist at the 2026 Lehigh Valley Women's Summit (https://lehighvalleywomen.com/), where she shared insights during a breakout session titled "Leadership Development - Built to Last: Women Leading the Future Through Succession and Strategy." Along with Fusun Bubernack, co-president of ET&T (https://www.et-t.com/), the two led a discussion around leadership, succession planning, and building mission-driven organizations.

"United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley has been a part of my life and community for years," said Russo. "Giving back is one of my core values, and getting to be part of this monumental event and share insights at the Women's Summit was an incredible honor."

A longtime leader within United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, Russo is a member of the Campaign Cabinet, Tocqueville Society cabinet,and the Women United Women's Leadership Council, supporting initiatives that empower women across the community.

"My work with Turnstone and United Way is rooted in a belief that strong communities are built when people come together, share resources, and support one another. Both NERC and the Women's Summit are living examples of that principle in action," said Russo.

At Turnstone, Russo serves as CCO, guiding the marketing and video production agency's culture, values, and entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to founding Turnstone in 2026, Russo founded the Emmy Award-winning video production agency ASR Media in 2012.
