The Mad Table Cooking Class, Dinner & Book Signing Party Series

MIAMI - EntSun -- You're invited to join Chef Patty on her upcoming Cooking Class | Book Signing | Dinner Party Series that starts on August 20th!

Chef Patty's cooking classes format will include the preparation of a 4-course meal of recipes from her latest book The Essential Cuban Cookbook. There will also be wine served with the dinner, and participants are invited to BYOB.

The cooking class menu includes a glass of wine; Avocado, Pineapple and Watercress Salad; Cuban Meatballs; Shrimp Creole (Camarones Enchilados) and for dessert: Guava and Cheese Bread Pudding!

The price person including service charge and a copy of the book signed by the author is $100; without the book, the dinner is $85. Late registrations will be charged $115 and a copy of the book will be included.
