Stevie Hawkins wins Blues honor at 2026 Hollywood Independent Music Awards

ATLANTA - EntSun -- Independent Delta Blues artist and songwriter Stevie Hawkins has won the Blues Artist/Songwriter award at the 2026 Hollywood Independent Music Awards, recognizing excellence in independent music and songwriting for his original song, "Wind Fly South."

The honor marks another milestone in Hawkins' career following the international success of his original Delta Blues single, "Wind Fly South." Following the Hollywood Independent Music Awards victory, Hawkins continues to receive international recognition. His original Delta Blues single, "Wind Fly South," is also nominated in the 2026 InterContinental Music Awards, with winners scheduled to be announced on Aug. 23, 2026.
