Survey services experienced exceptional demand, with survey instructions increasing by 15% and completions climbing by 17%, both setting new company records.

In addition, remortgage and purchase transactions recorded their highest instruction figures to date, highlighting the consistent upward momentum across SortRefer's core services.

One of the standout achievements in July was the surge in independent legal advice instructions, which soared by an outstanding 67% over the previous best. In addition, SortRefer recorded the highest number of new registrations in a single month to date, further demonstrating the platform's growing popularity among mortgage professionals.

Sort Club, the company's reward and engagement programme, also hit new heights. July became the most generous month of 2025 to date, with a record number of prizes awarded to introducers.
