Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina to host Wellness on the Water April 25

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - EntSun -- Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina is inviting guests to relax and unwind with its Wellness on the Water event Saturday, April 25.
The event will kick off with a morning of movement, mimosas and mingling, with mat Pilates along the water by P³: Pop Up. Pilates. Party. Designed for all ages and experience levels, the class is low-impact and community-friendly.
The class will be instructed by Alisha Bowker Mudrock, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), certified coach and mat Pilates teacher, alongside Victoria Hockman, a Physical Therapist Assistant and comprehensively trained Pilates teacher with a strong background in movement science and body mechanics.
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by the class from 9 to 10 a.m. Registration is $23 per person and includes the class and one mimosa. To register, visit SlipawayCape.com/WOTW.
Guests can also explore a variety of wellness vendors onsite until 1 p.m., offering essential oil products and candles, permanent jewelry, chair massages, a cold plunge and more. The vendor market is open to the public, and attending the morning class is not required to participate.
