Shyan Selah Returns to USC for Trojans National Anthem

EntSun - May 22, 2015 - LOS ANGELES -- The soulfully progressive performing and recording artist Shyan Selah concludes his exclusive Cafe Noir Tour in Los Angeles with a National Anthem performance at University of Southern California's Dedeaux Field on Saturday, May 23, 2015.

Selah recently gave an interview regarding the experience of singing the National Anthem and what about the historic song is so special for him as a professional performer - something he expanded on in recognition of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday.

"It's always a humbling privelege to be able to perform the National Anthem, but even more so on Memorial Day weekend," says Selah. "I feel honored to be able to sing our nation's song during a holiday weekend that celebrates the sacrifice and the service of our gone but not forgotten men and women of our military forces."

This marks Selah's second time performing for Trojans baseball and his fourth appearance performing the National Anthem in California including singing appearances for the Los Angeles Lakers and the San Diego Padres. The Cafe Noir Tour is part of Shyan Selah's exclusive live performance series featured at select Starbucks stores across the country promoting community empowerment.
