EL PASO, Texas - April 17, 2018 - EntSun -- Commercial Records Center Works With Individual and Corporate Customers
Secure document shredding is a crucial component to every organization's data and information security platform. Commercial Records Center, a locally owned records storage & management specialist, works with its customers to implement security plans that include secure document shredding as a primary action step.
In addition to on-site and pickup service for its corporate and institutional accounts, Commercial Records Center offers walk-in service for residential customers to access secure document shredding in El Paso. The company's office at 205 Ange St., is conveniently located with easy freeway access.
"The security of sensitive information is just as important for individuals and families as it is for organizations," says Skip Litt, president of Commercial Records Center. "We make accessing our services as convenient as possible so customers ranging from an individual with old tax returns to a company disposing of old employee records can feel safe."

Certification Ensures Secure Document Shredding Privacy
Commercial Records Center holds AAA certificationfrom the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), along with professional and liability insurance to enhance protection of its secure document shredding process for customers.
"Documents contain a wide range of sensitive information that you would never want getting into the wrong hands," Litt explains. "Identity theft is a huge problem and can take extensive means to correct. That is why experts recommend secure document shredding to safeguard Social Security and bank account numbers, birthdates, names, addresses and other sensitive data."
Commercial Records Center uses industry-approved equipment in the shredding process. The shredded material is transferred to a baler using a conveyor system, and the bales are sent to a recycler for processing. Paper mills clean the output material and use it to make other products.
