Royse Contemporary Celebrates 8 Year Anniversary with new exhibition "People, Places & Things"

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - EntSun -- Royse Contemporary is delighted to celebrate their Eight Year Anniversary with "People, Places & Things", a dynamic group exhibition examining the complexities of our everyday life and what we encounter: people, places and things. Royse has selected artists whose work highlights these engaging subjects while pushing their mediums to produce stunning and thought provoking work, blending observation and imagination. These artists were selected based on their distinctive voice, ingenuity, and accomplished work. This exhibition showcases the work of five noteworthy artists including: James Angel, Cam DeCaussin, Cherie Buck-Hutchison, Gennaro Garcia, Joe Ray, Daniel Shepherd, Fred Tieken and Casey Wakefield. We are also pleased to welcome special guest artists: Frank Gonzalez and Monica Aissa Martinez.
This exhibition offers an eclectic selection of work with artists working in an array of mediums including painting, collage, photography, and mixed media highlighting their distinctive voice, mastery of medium, and unique perspectives. "These artist's work highlights these subjects in a truly alluring way, presenting work that is visually captivating and commanding and I am thrilled to bring this exhibition to Royse Contemporary," states Owner/Curator, Nicole Royse.

People, Places & Things will open to the public on Thursday, July 31, 2025. Royse Contemporary will host a special celebration for our eight year anniversary to celebrate the gallery, our artists, and amazing art from 6:30-9:30pm, coinciding with the weekly Scottsdale ArtWalk. The evening will feature an opportunity to meet the some of the artist's and curator, along with light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments.
We would like to say Thank You for supporting Royse Contemporary and the local arts these past eight years. Working tirelessly for the arts for more than a decade, Curator/Owner Nicole Royse has focused on building up, showcasing, educating the local arts community here in the valley. She founded Royse Contemporary with the emphasis and belief of the importance of Art and its vital role in our everyday lives. "It is my honor to work with so many talented artists and present this exhibition to celebrate the anniversary of Royse Contemporary, states Royse.

Main Street, Suite 6, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 (located on the south side of Main Street just west of Marshall Way).
