Revolution Ventures Illinois Acquires Medical Cannabis Dispensary

CHICAGO - March 18, 2019 - EntSun -- Revolution Ventures Illinois, LLC ("RVIL" or "Company"), a retail cannabis company, is pleased to announce that it has closed on its first dispensary acquisition. The company has closed its transaction for New Age Care, a licensed medical cannabis dispensary located in Chicago suburb, Mt. Prospect, Illinois.

The Illinois medical cannabis market is rapidly expanding, with the number of qualifying patients increasing 66% in 2018 to 52,365. Illinois recently expanded its program to allow patients prescribed opioids to access medical cannabis.

The CEO of RVIL Mark de Souza also serves as the CEO of Illinois based cannabis cultivator Revolution Enterprises, a national leader in the cannabis industry.
