RAIN Group and Alchemist to Reveal New Research on Leadership Trends Blocking Performance

- 63% of leaders said maintaining accountability and execution across their organization is challenging.

- 72% of leaders said sustaining behavior change is challenging.

Performance problems often emerge when leaders and managers struggle to translate strategy into clear expectations, effective coaching, accountability, and reinforced behaviors across their teams.
