Phase II of residential construction to bring another 86 homes to Bradenton's Aqua by the Bay

BRADENTON, Fla. - EntSun -- After selling over 100 homes built in Phase I, Aqua One Builders, LLC, recently closed an expanded $22 million builder line of credit with American Momentum Bank to help finance Phase II of the construction of an additional 86 homes in Bradenton's Aqua by the Bay master-planned development.

Medallion Home will use the expanded credit line, which was initially capped at $12 million when Phase I started in 2020, to complete Aqua — the development's first gated residential community. Once finished, Aqua will feature at least 190 upscale single-family homes. There are currently 104 completed homes in the Aqua community, and all have sold.

Aqua by the Bay is a 529-acre master-planned development located on Sarasota Bay, on El Conquistador Parkway south of 53rd Avenue West, near Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. The community features a 4-acre crystal lagoon with a beach, where residents and guests can swim, paddleboard and kayak. The development will include commercial, retail and residential areas, with plans for 2,384 multifamily units and 510 single-family homes.
