IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 17, 2025 ~ Performance Brokerage Services, the leading dealership brokerage firm in North America, has successfully facilitated the sale of Lakeside Chevrolet in Rockwall, Texas. The dealership was sold by its previous owners, Carol Grady, Michael Grady, and Bob Holliman, to Jason Hiley of Hiley Automotive Group.

Lakeside Chevrolet was established in 1972 by Walter "Pat" Grady and his wife, Carol. Located on Rockwall's bustling auto row with prime frontage on Highway 30, the dealership boasts state-of-the-art amenities and energy-efficient solar panels.

According to Carol Grady, the sale process was smooth and efficient thanks to Eric Scott of Performance Brokerage Services. She stated that from the beginning, she had clearly communicated her criteria and Scott understood exactly what was important to her. After receiving numerous offers over the years, Grady believes that this sale was the perfect fit for her and her family.

Bob Holliman, Dealer Principal of Lakeside Chevrolet and Carol's son-in-law, also expressed his satisfaction with the transaction.
