Penelope Bourbon Announces Partnership with FCancer

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 16, 2025 ~ Penelope Bourbon, a rapidly growing and award-winning premium whiskey brand, has recently announced its partnership with FCancer, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the way people approach cancer through prevention, early detection, and support programs. This collaboration will see the debut of two limited-edition whiskey blends with a shared mission: to make a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer. In addition to this, Penelope Bourbon and their retail partner SharedPour have pledged to donate over $500,000 to support FCancer's cause. Beyond just monetary contributions, both communities are also invited to join in the fight by making personal donations and participating in a live fundraising event headlined by country musician William Beckmann this October.
Julie Greenbaum, co-founder and chief revenue officer of FCancer, expressed her excitement about this partnership stating that Penelope Bourbon's focus on bringing people together aligns perfectly with their own mission. She also expressed gratitude for their generosity and looks forward to utilizing their donation to further fuel their cause. Greenbaum believes that together, their passionate communities can make a positive change in the cancer space.
For the past three years, Penelope Bourbon has been crafting an annual FCancer blend in honor of a teammate who lost a loved one to cancer. Each release has sold out almost instantly. This year, they are taking their commitment to the cause even further by producing their largest batch yet with the aim of raising awareness and supporting those fighting against cancer.

This year, there will be two limited edition whiskey blends available - the FCancer blend at retail outlets and a limited quantity of FCancer Barrel Strength bottles exclusively available through online retailer SharedPour. SharedPour has pledged to contribute $250,000 towards the project's total donation of $500,000.
Jay West, known online as T8KE from SharedPour, expressed his amazement at how this project has grown from a small release to a national partnership over the years. He also shared his excitement about being able to make a difference in a way he never thought possible when they first started. West believes it is an honor to be involved with each blend and is proud that they can step up in such a significant way to support FCancer.
The FCancer blend boasts aromas of cracked black pepper, spice, caramel, vanilla, and citrus zest followed by flavors of lively baking spice, sweet caramel vanilla with slight smoke and roasted nuts. The finish includes notes of caramel, spice, cherry fruit, and lingering roasted nuts. On the other hand, the FCancer Barrel Strength blend has fragrances of sweet cream and brown sugar that are met with the taste of baking spices, rich honey, toffee and brûlée. This rich whiskey has sweet finishings that create the perfect balance.

It all began when one of their teammates asked if he could create a bourbon to honor his late wife who passed away from brain cancer. What started as his tribute has now become an annual tradition that they carry forward together with him. Polise believes that these blends are more than just what's in the glass; they are about honoring loved ones lost to cancer while standing with those still fighting and supporting a community that touches us all in some way.
The FCancer blend will be bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), with 10,000 (6-in) cases and a suggested retail price of $79.99 per 750ml bottle. It will be available nationwide in September.
